Paul W. Sams, PA (1948-2017)

Paul Sams, PA served our practice and the patients of Lee County for 36 years. He was an excellent physician assistant. He rarely missed a day of work and dedicated his career to patient care. He is survived by his wife, his kids and his grandkids. Paul will be missed terribly. The Physicians and staff wish to honor Paul’s memory always for his contributions to this practice and our medical community.
